In addition, he manages clinical evaluation processes as a competent practitioner of many intelligence and development tests, especially WISC-IV and WAİS-R. Bulut, who also stands out with his academic productivity, has articles published in international refereed journals and authored book chapters. An expert who not only follows the current developments in his field but also aims to contribute to these developments; He served as a panelist in prestigious scientific platforms such as the 4th Istanbul ACT Days (2025) and the 5th International Cognitive Behavioral Therapies Congress.
