WISC-R (Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children - Revised) is a standardized intelligence test used to determine the general intelligence level and cognitive profile of children aged 6-16 years.
The test consists of two main parts: verbal and performance. The verbal section includes general knowledge, similarities, arithmetic, vocabulary and judgment subtests; The performance section includes picture completion, picture editing, cube patterns, piece assembly and password subtests.
This test, adapted to Turkish norms, is widely used for educational guidance and cognitive profile assessment.
